September 9, 2024 Reviewer: Keith Angerman from Rockville, MD United States   I had made 2 separate orders.  The first box arrived saturated in a smelly oil.  No one knew why and I was surprised they didn't investigate with the shipper.  As I had mentioned previously, I think the warranty should include handling and shipping expenses. June 30, 2020 Reviewer: Yungen Beverley from Hillsboro, OR United States   First shipment was not complete. Great customer service for 2nd shipment which arrived complete. One bar came off wall after a few weeks. Great customer service again. The glue/hardware kit arrived in just a few days. This time bar is still attached to shower wall.
