I had made 2 separate orders.  The first box arrived saturated in a smelly oil.  No one knew why and I was surprised they didn't investigate with the shipper.  As I had mentioned previously, I think the warranty should include handling and shipping expenses.

First shipment was not complete. Great customer service for 2nd shipment which arrived complete.
One bar came off wall after a few weeks. Great customer service again. The glue/hardware kit arrived in just a few days. This time bar is still attached to shower wall. Your Rep was so friendly, appreciate him. Think his name was Ken.     Bev

The company was easy to contact and offered support, but we did not have a positive experience after a 2nd attempt to secure the grab bar. It has been disappointing and we hoped for better but grab bars only lasted 1to 2+ weeks.

5 of 5 Great Grab Bars! - No Drilling Required. March 24, 2020

One of my glued ends came off the grab bar in the shower.  I called Ken at the factory and explained my issue. Ken explained my possible issues and how the surface prep and not to over-tighten the screws are key in a proper install. Ken quickly mailed me replacement parts and detailed instructions (with highlighted key points). I re-installed the bar and it's been holding strong. Thanks Ken!
