Love your products they are amazing. Had to reorder glue for both of our shower caddies we ordered, the glue was hard. We have ordered products in the past and never had that problem before.

Love the shower caddy.  Ordered 3.  First time trying "no drilling" mounting.  Easy to mount and look great.  My only problem was missing accessories.  Contacted customer service and partial replacements were sent.  Still experienced a mix up and had to contact customer service again.  Finally got the correct missing parts and able to mount the caddies.  Would have rated a 5 if I didn't have to wait twice on missing parts.

Every time I speak with no drilling required and I speak with Ken he is always so helpful and so professional.  We’ve rehung  our shower caddies and love them all over again.  Great company!

The mounting for the Caddy failed on one side. Customer service quickly supplied a new mounting kit. The Caddy is back in service.

The no drilling required products are an amazing feat of technology. We live in an apartment with a very high shower head preventing us from using a shower hose. There also was no place to store our hair and body cleaning products other than the shower floor. I came across No Drilling Required and they saved the day because as a renter I could not drill into the tile. I was able to buy two products: an adjustable Slide Bar with Hand Shower and a Shower Caddy. We have been using both products for 8 years. Just as the video shows the installation is simple and easy to do. Installing both products made my life so much easier and were so worth it. As an added benefit, if you move, you can bring the product with you because you can buy additional mounting sets.

Had to order a replacement bracket for a shower organizer after the first one I installed fell off. I am sure that it was user error and that I did not clean the wall sufficiently. New bracket was easy to install with the clear instructions. Organizer is still on the wall....yay!
