Great Customer Service & Fast Delivery June 17, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Brentwood, CA United States   Customer service helped me confirm I was purchasing the correct item and the delivery was fast.   I would give a 5 Star if the price was about $5 less. Order specialist help me purchase the right item February 1, 2021 Reviewer: Edward Cuellar from San Antonio, TX United States   When I ordered from the online list of accessories, I actually order a Mounting set that did not match the size of the screw caps I was ordering.  I was sent an email asking me if what I ordered was correct.  I thanked them for helping order the correct mounting set.  Thanks again.  You should get six stars for this one. Warranty Issue September 29, 2020 Reviewer: Peter Vilardi from Venice, FL United States   After being installed according to the enclosed instructions, my shower caddy fell from the wall. I contacted Customer Service immediately. Customer Service asked for photos of the area. After reviewing the photos, Customer Service was quick in sending the necessary parts to reinstall the shower caddy. Was this review helpful to you?

Great looking shower caddies... August 24, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Santa Rosa, CA United States   I have had to re-attack one of my caddies due to operator error on my part. Follow the instructions, clean clean, clean, follow the instructions some more and these caddies and their adhesive system will far outlast your expectations.  Sticker shock on these products are gone once installed, you get what you pay for in quality and looks. Love the product, BUT February 4, 2020 Reviewer: Louis DiLorenzo from Bradenton, FL United States   I have two PB43-2  no drill mountingsets DRAAD/LLUXX caddy,2pk, shower caddies installed, Look great easy install good directions. But after about a year one fastener came loose. I great service on the replacement kit. A few months later a faster let go on the other. Same great service on the replacement kit. They are in the shower water spray . They may be designed for that application. Was this review helpful to you?
