Bathroom Accessories December 16, 2016 Reviewer: Mike Flynn from Bradenton, FL United States   Grab Bars (3), Towel Bar (1), Shower Caddy (1) Robe hook (1) Typical exceptional German concept and Engineering! Above average Materials and Workmanship. Everything needed to install is included, Written instructions are more than enough information... But, If you still have questions / reservations the available YouTube video(s) reinforce the process. The only glitch in the process, I ordered 3 Grab Bars, and 1 Towel Bar ...mounting kits included were for 4 "Grab" Bars... Customer Service was exceptional and the proper mounting hardware was received in 48 hours. I ordered the "cover plates" for the Towel bar, as I was installing it on a glass partition,  Customer service called me to confirm that I had indeed ordered the correct size...nothing left to chance. Simple product, elegant execution July 14, 2015 Reviewer: ML from Hauser, ID United States   I purchased this product in order to mount an extra towel rod in my tiled shower. The only issue was a slight fitting issue between the size of the bracket mounted to the tile, and the actual towel rod mounts.  This however, was no fault of the product! Replacment parts October 21, 2014 Reviewer: Suzanne Shelhart from Tampa, FL United States   I messed up installing my shower organizer and needed parts.  Ordered the wrong part. Ugh.
