Shower grab bar installation March 4, 2024 Reviewer: Michael Medeiros from Greenback, TN United States   After spending nearly $20,000 on a bathroom remodel I was reluctant to start drilling holes in the walk in shower walls. After much testing and research I found your product to be superior to everything I found on the market. I now have grab bars for my wife's and my safety with no drilled holes. Grab bars for shower February 17, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Shoreline, WA United States   We ordered 2 grab bars for our shower and very much like them. They are well designed and make showering and hair washing feel much safer. The customer service group was very responsive when we had a problem with one of the anchor pieces and they immediately replaced it at no charge. Problem solved! Was this review helpful to you?

Replacement mounting system February 6, 2024 Reviewer: Robert Preti from Bronx, NY United States   Your team honored the warranty on the mounting system and sent a new mounting kit so that I could replace the one that had come loose 2 years after I originally installed it.  I very much appreciate that, thank you. One note, the abbreviated directions that came omitted the very important step of attaching the mounting place to the bar, removing the plastic from the mounting plate face, thereby marking the correct placement of the plate on the wall and allowing for filling the plate with the adhesive through the center hole.  Having installed the bar before I knew to do this, but one set of directions (the ones on the 8x11 paper) omitted this step (it was correctly stated in the fold out set of directions).  Hope this helps and thank you for your help. Great Customer Service - Great Product January 25, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from United States   I purchased & installed two grab bars late last year.  Instructions were very easy to follow!  I may have over tightened one of the connection plates (despite bold letters warning not to!) and it came loose six months later.  A call to customer service was answered politely & promptly and a replacement set was at my door within days!  All is well!
