Outstanding service and great product September 15, 2021 Reviewer: Mark Stehle from Mooresville , NC United States   I made a mistake and accidentally ordered two different diameter bars.  Ken texted me for clarification and made sure to get the order right by changing the order to have both bars the same size.  Even with the needed clarification  the No Drill bars arrived within two days.  Outstanding service Ken!  I followed the directions to the letter and installation was perfect.  I did make sure to use a level to initially adhere the bars to the tile wall so they are perfectly vertical and horizontal. The bars are strong and look like they have always been in my tile shower. Was this review helpful to you?

July 7, 2021 Reviewer: Ken from Boise, ID United States   Easy to install, but make sure you don't take any shortcuts in surface preparation. A little pricey, but compared to locating framing behind a granite-tiled wall, drilling, and achoring competitors' products, I found the "No Drill" to be worth the money. The grab bars are great, but the website is awful. June 15, 2021 Reviewer: Adam StJames from Van Nuys, CA United States   I had one of these that I bought at Home Depot about 7 years ago.  They didn't have any when I asked, so I went online.  I found just what I want; they are installed, and I don't expect any problems.
