February 15, 2023 Reviewer: Linda M Peterson from Bradenton, FL United States   Color was perfect. Installation instructions were very clear. Grab bar is securely attached. My only criticism is that one of the holes for the screws did not quite match up. I had to put the screw in at a slight angle. Otherwise, all was well. I love the product. Great Customer Service!!! May 29, 2021 Reviewer: Tim Swafford from Ellijay, GA United States   We ordered a Grab Bar for my mothers shower in her new home. I installed the bases for the bar using the installation packet. The next day, after letting the glue cure for 24 hours,  I installed the bar.  A short time later the bar separated from the wall.   We called No Drilling Required and spoke to a receptionist who took our info and said the owner would call us right back. The owner DID call us back in just a few minutes!  He was very helpful in getting to the reason for our problem.  It being a new home we had not properly prepared the tile.  He explained that even newly installed tile can have a buildup that will breech the installation.  He suggested a cleaner for the tile to have it ready for the grab bar installation. He told us he would send out a new installation kit today and email the tracking information.  I received the email in just over an hour!   In todays world it is so refreshing to deal with a business like this.
