Product gets 10 Customer Service gets 0 March 5, 2024 Reviewer: Kim from Edmonton, AB Canada   I needed parts costing $93 USD + ship. ($123 CDN!) Ok, I know it's a quality system that has remained on my wall for 10yr On install I realized the replacement screws/spacer/caps I'd ordered are TOO SHORT for my caddy. I'd saved the old ones but I was still 1 screw short. I reached out to CS who said I didn't read the product desc, screws not incl & directed me to screws for $8.69 for 2 + $16 to MAIL ($24.68 USD/$32 CAN). I only needed ONE screw & suggested they mail me 1 in a regular envelope, they said impossible. After, I realized they directed me to the same product that I'd already ordered & TOO short. Correct CS response: "Of course, long time customer who already spent more than $125 on glue and screws, we'd be happy to send you ONE SINGLE REPLACEMENT SCREW in the MAIL" Someone mailed me a PEN in a regular env the other day, a single screw would've been no problem. Bath accessories May 27, 2021 Reviewer: Gene Bury from Salem, SC United States   I recently ordered two shampoo bottle corner rack/shelves and a rectangular bar soap holder. I have installed handicap bars in the shower of my previous house and they hold up very well. I can withstand a substantial amount of weight and pulling.  With this recent install, I had to reposition the soap dish and I can attest to the fact that you can easily remove the connection discs with a pair of channel locks by twisting them off with no damage to the wall tile. I scraped the adhesive off the tile with a razor blade and finished removing the residue with rubbing alcohol. Very good product which I highly recommend. Amazing adhesive. Second time around February 14, 2020 Reviewer: Kelli G DeVette from Mobile , AL United States   Six months ago I installed a soap caddy in my new tile surround and about a month ago a shampoo bottle fell on it and knocked one side loose. Thankfully it did not fall completely off or it could have nicked the finish on the original 1931 tub I had just had refinished. I bought this set to remount the caddy but in another location where it might be less likely to get hit. I’m disappointed but hopeful this time it will hold. I also mounted a towel bar at the same time that seems to be fine. Was this review helpful to you?

Do drilling required January 25, 2017 Reviewer: Lawrence Jowdy from Ontario, CA United States   I recently purchased a 2016 Newmar Dutch Star 44' coach.  It had a molded in soap holder in the shower and I wanted more but didn't want to drill or use double side tape to mount soap dishes.  The no drill feature was absolutely great.   Along with the soap dishes, I purchased a double towel holder which is attached to the outside of the glass shower enclosure and a towel ring attached to a full length mirror next to the kitchen sink.   The fixtures look great and the process to attach them is simple.   The hardest part is waiting for the glue to dry (12 hrs.) so you can mount the fixtures and admire your work and the quality of the product.   They're not cheap but if you have to mount to a surface that you don't want to drill or 'can't drill' such as glass, then this is the product for you Was this review helpful to you?

ROOND SHOWER CADDYS 2 pk February 19, 2015 Reviewer: roy mirabito from waltham, MA United States   My customer bought 2 Shower caddies which were of very high quality. Due to the shower corner walls not being a perfect 90 degrees, I needed to reset both pieces but with the informational and rapid product support from Innovative Products, the installation went smoothly.
