I have purchased several items from Innovative Product Sales International. I am so pleased I found this product (no drill needed) years ago. I personally installed every item myself (no professionals needed, unless you like to waste money). Super easy directions & videos available. Brandon in customer service was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, & accommodating. Unfortunately, our house is fully ADA accessible now with No Drill products, but I defiantly recommend this ingenious product. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, despite following all the instructions twice, neither of the attachments to the tile wall survived actually placing towels on them. Maybe the towel racks with two attachment points work better but I think the torque on this one sided attachment caused it to fail very easily.

I love the towel bar, perfect for my needs. It was shipped with only one mount when two were required. The mount was replaced promptly, but a week later I received another towel bar intended for a customer in Florida. Indicates more attention to detail is needed in the shipping dept.

I initially bought this product to help my mom put grab bars up for safety in her tub...was able to do it without the help of a handyman...so when I renovated my own bathroom..I used this product to put a hook on my tile to hold a shower caddy...love this product..easy to use...and no drilling!!!
