The first attempt to align the tubes was difficult and product did not go into the hole and made a mess. Therefore we ran out of the tubes. Branden in Customer service helped and said he would taper the ends on the replacement tubes. This was very helpful and we were successful finishing the project

I needed to order new adhesive for one of my mounting connections which came loose for the second time. This time lasted 1-1/2 years. I still had one unused mount from the previous mounting kit but the extra adhesive from that kit was dried out after opening it. I ordered 2 additional adhesive tubes and they were shipped very fast. I recleaned area and remounted the grab bar, hopefully it will last.

Purchased grab bar a while back, was unable to install right away. Read your directions AND checked tubes of adhesive for expiration date. Re-ordering replacement was quick and easy, though S&H fee seemed pricey for such a small package. PS: We and installer loved your clear instructions!
