Arrived within a week, easy to install, looks good, and works exactly how I expected. Glad I found this online. We are seniors citizens in our 70's and had no problem installing this ourselves.

Bar detached from tile after 10 days	December 23, 2025

I followed all instructions very carefully, including prepping/cleaning the tile, applying the base insuring glue appeared with through the 3 vent holes, letting the glue cure for 48 hours before attaching the bar. This morning one end of the bar detached under less than my entire weight as I grabbed it for balance. I very nearly fell down

This is the third time we've purchased this product and we will continue to. They are every bit as sturdy and reliable as the grab bars you drill into the wall...but you don't have to put holes in the tile to install them.

Great Product. Very easy to install and is very sturdy. This is the second one I've installed in my mother's shower. The only minor gripe, is after I ordered, the product didn't ship for about a week. Love the product overall and I do recommend.

We are very satisfied with your product have installed three of your grab bars in our house. Installation was super easy even for a senior citizen like myself, may I please make a suggestion about using the adhesive I’m hoping that you can find a easy solution to be able to use the tube ðŸ‘

I ordered the grab bar and it was delivered as scheduled.
I noticed the included instructions were slightly different from the video and I called the 800 number. I'm sorry I didn't catch the responder's name but he was helpful and provided minor details for the bar installation. He noted the adhesion of the product couldn't be guaranteed for the cultured marble shower wall
He also noted that the video was done some years ago and therefore the included instructions and hardware were slightly different. He was responsive to my questions and made suggestions. The installation was successful and has been on for a week.
I'm satisfied so far. Time will tell how long and effective the adhesive will last on cultured marble surface and that's the reason I rated it average for now.
