Excellent process instructions for installation. After curing and cutting off the excess out of the bleed holes, I noticed that the epoxy was springy and rubbery, great design choice to manage temperature extremes, and it adds a measure of water resistance.

Had a hard time finding this bar in a smooth finish. Everyone else, except for Innovative Products, had this bar with a rough finish that got dirty easily. Innovative Products had exactly what I was looking for!

I had a problem with a no drill 18" x 1-1/2" Grab Bar kit I ordered that had a set of defective mounting triangles which would not accept the adhesive tubes. Innovative sent a replacement hardware/adhesive kit in a timely manner that enabled me to be successful in mounting the grab bar correctly.

Ordered two same color bars. One was the wrong color; the packing slip was correct. One bar had a dent. I did not try to return either as I have had too many problems with internet purchases. The bars are great. Just wished I had received what was ordered and what was on the packing slip.
