This company make excellent and quality products. Anyone who does upscale work should use these products because there is no damage to underlying ceramic or tile. Customer service is excellent as well!

I noticed you company online as I was going to put in grab bars by drilling holes in the shower.  I found them easy to put on.   However, apparently I didn't put one on correctly and it fell down.  I contacted your company and Brandon was very helpful in explaining what may have happened when I send him some pics and in obtaining new attaching devices.I was able to put the one that fell back up and is now solid. I am very pleased with the result.

I really like my new no-drill GRIPP grab bars (2) which I installed myself -- just in time for my upcoming hip replacement.   It was easy to do much in part because the instructions were written do well.  They were clear and specific and easy to follow.  The company was very responsive when I asked for a second set of adapters because on my first try I must not have gotten the surface completely cleaned.  Anyway, I completed the second install and everything held fine.  I am impressed with the look and the quality of the bars.  My friend recommended them to me and I am thankful for that.  I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

I ordered the Grab Bar, and the products are excellent. I had a minor issue with the installation and the company honored the warranty and offered proactive recommendations for enhancing the installation. Replacement products were sent expeditiously and without cost to me. Great company, ingenious products.

My wife is an "above the knee" amputee. In the shower, a grab bar is her best friend. We first got this grab bar because we were in-between houses during the pandemic and had to rent for a year. The landlord would not allow us to install a grab bar and that led us to find this one. I have since installed it three times, with only the addition of 2 modestly priced mounting kits (the 3rd time for a bathroom remodel). We were able to remove it from the rental without any damage to the tile and received our entire deposit back. Easy to understand why they have Innovative in their name! Highly recommend. Also, I've dealt with customer service a few times and they are great too!

The last time we bought, this was 12 years ago and it worked for 12 years. Just recently one of the bars at the end fell off of the ceramic tile so we got this to put it back on again and hopefully it’ll work for another 12 years…. Good stuff.
