4 of 5 Good, but a couple of suggestions September 13, 2023

Really nice system. I really didn't want to put holes in my tiled walls and this works great. A few suggestions to make installation easier.
1. Add a tab to the paper protector on the adhesive ring. Would make it a lot easier to get the paper off without picking at it and pulling up on the foam ring.
2. Either make the end of the adhesive tube tapered to fit into the hole in the plate or make the whole in the plate large enough to get the end of the tub into. On mine I had to hold the tube against the face of the hole and it leaked all over.

Really like the way the product is secures to my natural stone tile.
I didn't want to drill into the stone tile, i did a lot of research and you product was the best fit for me.
I seem to be missing or have lost 1 set screw, could you send me 1.

We have tile floor to ceiling in our bathroom, and this bar was the perfect solution. The style is very attractive -- there are multiple styles available. This specific one is more modern. The materials, the shipping, and the customer service were all fantastic. I would order again, but I don't need any more towel bars!

Easy installation no mess and very secure. I installed two safety handrails in shower on tile walls a few years ago great support no problems strong as ever so I didn't have any concerns about this product really FANTASTIC LOVE THEM thanks F B
