Not recommended for use on plastics for the grab bars due to various material thickness, age & condition of plastics and general construction (may be thin walled plastic which is not attached well enough to support weight in the event of a fall) Set includes: 2 commercial grade adapter plates with foam adhesive ring, 6 stainless steel threaded screws, 6 stainless screw sleeves, 2 tubes of special adhesive, 2 red tube keys, 1- alcohol cleaning pad. Proper surface preparation is essential to a successful installation. All wax, sealant, grease, scaling, chemicals and debris must be removed prior to beginning the installation. Specific surface preparation instructions are included with the mounting hardware. Surface must be completely dry prior to installation. Only the supplied alcohol wipe or acetone can be used to clean the surface before initial attachment, no household chemicals.
