I have installed several of these.  Ordered replacement mounting blocks, one did not work, adhesive came out thru the temp foam band.   For $49 for the set is very upsetting. Super cleaned the wall as per nstuctions?

While sitting in the tub my wife put her foot on the vertically mounted bar and it slid off the porcelain tile.  It was up for 3 months until slight lateral pressure brought it down.
My wife is afraid of it now.  I am stuck with a $90 grab bar.
The porcelain tile is over a concrete wall.  That is what appealed to me about the "no drilling required" grab bar.

I have installed many of these (no drill grab bars) and once in a while they fail - yet when I request replacement hardware I receive another set fairly quickly with more instruction for proper preparation before applying the glue.
