Great products - amazing technology March 21, 2024 Reviewer: Jackie Desnoes from Wilton, NY United States   The no drilling required products are an amazing feat of technology. We live in an apartment with a very high shower head preventing us from using a shower hose. There also was no place to store our hair and body cleaning products other than the shower floor. I came across No Drilling Required and they saved the day because as a renter I could not drill into the tile. I was able to buy two products: an adjustable Slide Bar with Hand Shower and a Shower Caddy. We have been using both products for 8 years. Just as the video shows the installation is simple and easy to do. Installing both products made my life so much easier and were so worth it. As an added benefit, if you move, you can bring the product with you because you can buy additional mounting sets. Was this review helpful to you?

replacement bracket worked great March 4, 2024 Reviewer: John J Feldman Jr. from Mount Vernon, WA United States   Had to order a replacement bracket for a shower organizer after the first one I installed fell off. I am sure that it was user error and that I did not clean the wall sufficiently. New bracket was easy to install with the clear instructions. Organizer is still on the wall....yay! February 17, 2023 Reviewer: Ronda Yoder from Pensacola, FL United States   Product is great. Original ones was a little weak after 5 years, but new ones are strong. Concern is with company communication. I ordered 1 replacement online and paid. Company responded a few days later that it was the wrong one, so they "cancelled the order." Figured out the correct one and they reordered under warranty. Sent an "order confirmation" email "Warranty - please confirm shipping online or cll direct to confirm by phone 336-508-1567". I went online to confirm, but couldn't find a button or place to do so, and email had all the correct info, so I thought if they needed something more they would reach out again... They did 3 weeks later, with an identical email... I finally called because I couldn't figure out how to confirm online. This is when I found out that they had deleted the payment info with the first order, which they needed for the shipping. Order came in just a few days, but 5 weeks after original order. Horrible warranty replacement November 19, 2022 Reviewer: Shawn Butterworth from VICTORIA, BC Canada   I had the need to replace one of my Aluxx shower caddies.  What a horrible experience. I couldn’t get hold of anyone to help me, when I did it took over 2 months to finally get it sent out, they charged me $35.00 US for shipping and the straw that broke the back was the import duties into Canada at $36.00 CDN. So a warrant replacement would have cost me more than what I paid for the caddy originally.  The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will not buy products from them in the future.  I did send it back and don’t or won’t know if they credit my account even though I’ve sent several emails.
