As it says, a "replacement" for one purchased 12 years ago.  Everything has been perfect with the mounting process and hose all these years.  The replacement is not very flexible.  Unlike the original.  It will not stay relaxed. It stays curled and won't lay flat against the shower wall. May have to find one to replace it at the local hardware store.
