Grab bars December 21, 2023 Reviewer: Gene from Denver, CO United States   Holes in grab bar do not line up correctly to back plate.  I was afraid to strip the screws by forcing them in.  When I called customer service they said they never had that problem before.  They said I could return them they would send a return label, but when I checked my email they had sent a message that I needed to start the screws loosely( SO THEY KNOW THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS PRODUCT)  I told them I tried that and it doesn't help the problem.  They have not answered my email back.  No response from them.
