haven't received the package yet, apparently there is VAT due but UPS failed to notify me so I could pay it and have the package delivered.  The only way I found out was to track the package myself and then I saw the Due Payment.  FYI, future orders to me or anyone overseas “No Drill” will need to figure out the VAT and collect it prior to send the package (like Amazon does) or advise the orderer that VAT will be due on the other end.  What bothers me the most is that it states uPS will contact the sending or received (it didn’t happen) and my order could be sent back to the USA where I would end of returning the products ordered BUT LOSING OUT OF THE SHIPPING.  Not happy about the way this went down, but between No Drill and UPS it needs to be fixed so the buyer is aware of any additional payments and the process to make that payment.  I made the payment 4/10/24 @ 2230 and I can see my items are in the UPS warehouse for the evening.

The towel ring is perfect for keeping a small towel at hand near my bathroom sink. Like other products of yours that I have used, it is well made, nicely designed, and easiy installed.
I find the one essential tool for me is a level.
