I ordered the grab bar and it was delivered as scheduled.
I noticed the included instructions were slightly different from the video and I called the 800 number. I'm sorry I didn't catch the responder's name but he was helpful and provided minor details for the bar installation. He noted the adhesion of the product couldn't be guaranteed for the cultured marble shower wall
He also noted that the video was done some years ago and therefore the included instructions and hardware were slightly different. He was responsive to my questions and made suggestions. The installation was successful and has been on for a week.
I'm satisfied so far. Time will tell how long and effective the adhesive will last on cultured marble surface and that's the reason I rated it average for now.

Installed in a fully tiled enclosure. Installation was easy (exactly like their video) and quite strong. It's a very pricey grab bar, but a good choice if you don't want to drill into tile. Consider,since it is removable, the next homeowner can take out the bars and the tile will be no worse for the wear.

I recently installed my fourth and fifth nie wiener bohren grab bars.  They are easy to install and are rock solid and good looking.  I highly recommend this product.

I first noticed the finish on the 12" and 36" grab bars that I purchased. I mentally compared them to the ones I saw in the home improvement stores. The finish on them was not as polished as the No Drill bars I purchased. The installation was quick with the longest time devoted to the curing process. I did a pull on the bars (not a hanging pull) but a quick pull and they remained stuck. I do not use the shower these bars are installed in but my wife does. She is not very heavy but needs to pull most of her weight on the 36" bar to get into the standing position from sitting on her stool she uses when she showers. The 12" bar is used to stabilize her when she steps over the shower base curb to exit the shower. They both have remained fast. The final benefit is that I can remove them if I need and no holes will need to be filled or will show. I am entirely satisfied with both the bars and will recommend them to anyone wanting to install a no drill bar.
