The bar is of very high quality and the installation worked just as described in the instructions.  Been about a week and it feels like it's solid as a rock.

I ordered two of the Brushed Stainless bars.  Within an hour, I received a call from Ken offering the Polished bars for the same price-a daily special.  I accepted the offer. Due to mix up in shipping, I received the brushed.  I mounted one just to see how it would work and wrote ken back requesting an exchange for the unmounted one.  Within two days I had the replacement postage paid both ways.  The bars mounted easily on my tile walls,  are secure, and look good.  The bars, mounts and finish are excellent, but the service is among the best I've ever encountered.
